|Corn on the Cob!

First of all, if you want me to send you a random picture that I take from my phone and haven't yet left me your email address, please go to the entry below this one and comment with it! Don't worry, comments are screened and nobody but me will see your email address.
Secondly, one of my co-workers has a farm or something (LOL), and today she brought in a bunch of sweet corn into the office for everyone. I took two ears, and just roasted them in the oven. Let me tell you, it was SO good, I can't even describe how something so simple could be so delicious. I took a couple of pictures:
I'm not even exaggerating, it was SO SO SO good! And it's BEYOND easy. If you want to try it yourself, here's the directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place corn husks directly on the oven rack and roast for 30 minutes or until corn is soft. Peel down the husks and use as a handle when eating.
Well, that's about all for tonight. I'm just sitting with Manny and watching the end of (well, now it actually is over) "Big Brother After Dark." I want to punch Jerry and Michelle SFM, ugh.
I hope everyone has a great weekend! Any fun plans?
